Jenn Converse

Born and raised in New York, Jenn has had the opportunity to live out her passion for dance. When she was younger, she had the privilege of performing at Six Flags, Disney World, and Knicks game half time shows. This set her up to know that she wanted this to be her lifelong vocation. When she was 16 she began taking open classes at Steps on Broadway, training with Gelsey Kirkland, Caitlin Gray, Jana Hicks, Marijke Eliasberg, and other well-known dance teachers. After graduating Long Island High School for the Arts, Jenn attended Professional Training Programs at the Joffrey Ballet School and Steps on Broadway. As a freelance dancer, Jenn has performed with several NYC based dance companies, including Joyce King Dance Company, The Next Stage Project, and Community Dance Project.  She has also been a guest performer with Quixotic Fusion in Kansas City. Currently, Jenn can be found assisting Max Stone, teaching workshops in contemporary dance at local dance studios, and working with Left Side Labs!
